I am a breeder and trainer of working cockers, but I also train other breeds of gundog and enjoy teaching one to one. I own Breezybrook Gundogs.

 When Ali first had the idea of starting up a gundog training club, I imagined that 10 - 12 people would attend each month, but then Ali's ideas grew and I knew that there would be no stopping her. I tried to keep her in check but to no avail, it just got bigger!

I am not sure why I ever thought it would get too big for Ali to run because with her determination & profesionalism nothing would be too big a challenge.

 The first day of WBGC I couldn't believe how many people were there.

I would like to attend more often to see how people & the club are progressing but it is over a 100 mile drive and I am too busy training my dogs (I have 11 in training!)

Meanwhile if any members have any questions on training I would be happy to answer their queeries.

Bertie was born in May 2009, I work in a school so he came to us the day we broke up. We had 6 weeks together at home. He is a very sociable puppy and loves everybody and thinks every other dog should play with him, life is one big adventure for our boy! In October he picked up a partridge a small local shoot had missed while out on a walk unprompted, he has joined us on the beating "line" a couple of times and he loves it, he is more enthusiastic than disciplined. He is our 1st dog and we would like him to be a good boy on the line for seasons to come and will need lots of help and advise in order for him to do what he loves best!  Bertie seems to chase game in his sleep and wags his tail when he dreams......:)

I have a gundogs trainned bitch, who's just had puppies, one of which we are hoping to gundog train.
